4th job advancement stucked. is there a way to reset the quest?

    hello, i saw a guide online to decline the shinsoo quest and kill the witch first. i followed the guide, killed the witch then i accept the shinsoo quest. after accepting the quest, the kill count for dark witch is zero and the quest cannot proceed. now i cannot clear the quest for 4th job advancement.

    what can be done?
